GSK are one of the worlds leading pharmaceutical companies. In the autumn of 2016 they relaunched their code of business ethics. Key to the deployment was leaders and managers having discussions with their teams. Leader led discussions from the CampbellBarr library and a number of GSK specific kits were at the heart of this strategy. After their success in assisting with the Code relaunch GSK are now using the kits to help stimulate discussion and action on a range of areas including anti-bribery and the GSK values.
