In 2012 we were asked by Serco to develop and lead the delivery of their Anti-Bribery training for over 800 senior leaders in the UK, India and Australia. Following positive feedback on this programme in 2013 we were asked by Serco to developed a one day Ethical Leadership programme for their leaders around the world. We then supported delivery of this through 2014 in the UK, US, India and Hong Kong. We are continuing to work on the evolution of leadership training with Serco for 2015.
